What types of projects does Bob Johnson & Associates specialize in ? We probably do more work with institutional customers than anybody else around. We work with many, many school districts, prison systems and hospital districts to provide good, reliable water treatment systems and the service contracts to insure that they work reliably, year after year after year. More recently we have begun to enter into more projects with power companies and large petrochem plants. As these industries require higher volumes of water, with more stringent water requirements, we have been called upon to produce the kinds of systems necessary to clean up to 1000 gallons of water per minute, at volumes of over 1 million gallons per day. Will Bob Johnson & Associates respond to your RFQ or bid solicitation? All we ask......is that you let us bid your project. We will assign your request or inquiry to one of our Project Managers immediately. You will work with him throughout the project. He will bid the job, supervise the production of your equipment, insure that it gets installed on time and provide you with the operating manuals you need to both run and maintain the equipment. And if you ever have a warranty issue, you can look to the same Project Manager. We will never refer you to five different departments when you need help or service. The only name you will ever need will be - your Project Manager.
We do bids every day. We do big bids on jobs where the RFQ is over 100 pages long. But we also do bids on jobs for just a twin water softener to replace a worn-out unit. We will work with you to identify any lacking information or water quality questions when we do your bid. And you will get a better bid.....just by asking us to bid your job, because we don't mind asking for the information we need to design what you need.

What does Bob Johnson & Associates provide at no cost, no obligation ? Our Project Managers are always available to speak to you on the phone. We will ask you the kinds of questions early on that somebody is going to ask you again later. We may need to come out and visit with you at your facility to see your existing equipment or to determine system footprint requirements. But we never charge for this, unless your job site requires out-of-town travel or some other consideration such as extensive testing and laboratory analysis. And then, we will only charge you our costs. Our commitment is to produce the best bid we can for you. And we don't start billing you for anything until we start actual engineering drawings or begin building your system. Back to Top
